Support After Clio
We are so grateful that so many individuals have chosen to connect with Clio over the past two years. It has been an honor to serve our community, and we recognize that any ending can create a gap in services. We have partnered with the New York City Department for the Aging (DFTA) so that anyone in our program could be referred to DFTA programming. If you or someone you know is interested in receiving friendly calls or in volunteering, you can reach out to DFTA using the information below. In addition to having their own friendly calling program, DFTA provides a plethora of additional programming (both directly and by partnering with other community organizations) and support in accessing resources and services. Here’s how you can get connected:
Call the Aging Connect Line at 212-Aging-NYC (212-244-6469).
Call 311 and request to be transferred to the Aging Connect Line
Fill out the Aging Connect Form here
The DFTA team has been incredibly supportive and receptive to both our Clio Team and our community members. We are so grateful for their support! The Aging Connect Line also offers support in accessing additional resources and you can access our resources page to get information about more resources and services.
