New York City and Washington Heights are rich in free resources for seniors. This is an inventory of just some of them (the information is the same as in the WH SeniorLink Resource List handout). Most of the telephone numbers on this list are toll-free (anything starting with 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, or 844 is toll-free).
